Refunds/Exchanges

All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will be considered at our discretion. To request a refund or exchange, please submit a claim through our Contact Us page.

Claims for refunds or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from the date you receive the item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it. Damages reported after 30 days of receiving the item will be considered the responsibility of the customer.
